It was the coffee passion passed from generation to generation that first pushed P. H. to become a self-taught roaster. Thanks to these experiments he quickly blended this noble product called coffee.
Coffee contains approximately 2,000 different aromatic substances P. H. quickly has created complex mixtures, including a coffee blend for Havana cigar smokers (cuban cigars are another of his passions).
Pascal HAMOUR got interested in tea and infusions, since 1998 and he quickly became aware of the complexity in getting the perfect brew all throughout the year.
